HOMEWORK is to look up how many calories from each food group you will need to get your Recommended Daily Calories and split it between 3 meals and 2 snacks.


Recommended Daily Calories are:

Men 2,000-3,000

Women 1,600-2,000

(Sedentary people on the lower end and active people on the higher end)
